Viewing the pick list
When you click on 'Show List', the pick list will in the window below. You can enlarge this window by dragging the window border up and down with the mouse.

Adding items to the pick list
Select a model. The illustration will appear. Select a part by clicking on the reference number in the illustration. The part number and description will appear in the window below. Click on 'Add Item'. You will be prompted for a quantity.

The part will appear in the list when you click 'Show List'.

How do I send the list with my email/fax program?

1. Copy the pick list to the clipboard.

• Internet Explorer: Right-click on the pick list, then select 'Select All' from the menu that appears. The entire pick list will be highlighted. Right-click again on the pick list. Select 'Copy' from the Menu.
• Netscape Navigator: Click once in the Pick List to select it. Select 'Edit/Select All' in the main Netscape window. The entire pick list will be highlighted. Select 'Edit/Copy from the same menu.

2. Paste the list from the clipboard into your email program. This is usually done by selecting 'Paste' form the Edit menu of that program.

Compatibility
Currently, the pick list feature works with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 and above, and Netscape Navigator 4 and above.
