Question:

I have borrowed a friends log splitter and as luck would have it, it developed a problem while in my care. I can't find any information on it's manufacturer: G.E. Mann Inc., Campbellsport, Wisconsin. Out of business perhaps?

It's an Alaskan splitter model AL-24 and one of the labels indicates it was (is?) distributed by Quick-Split Distributors. I've scoured the Internet and have come up with zero.
Can you help shed any light on where I might find service info on this splitter? It's spewing hydraulic fluid from the Overflow fitting… spewing so badly it's running the tank dry.
