Where do I get parts for Roto-Hoe Chipper Shredders?

Roto-Hoe is dead. It was purchased by B&C Machine of Akron, OH a few years ago. The owner shut it down one day about a year ago. To the best of my knowledge the tooling and parts were never sold and are not available.
