I tracked down Masport in Lincoln Nebraska. They are no longer in the lawn & garden biz but they told me they sold all their related parts to J & N Garden Equipment in Englewood CA. Thier phone number is 310-671-0079. This was originally an Australian company I believe and may still be active in L&G there. There is some historical info at www.masportpump.com/earlydays.htm.
