Topic: Any Info on Country Squire

Question:

Here is a picture of my Country Squire Tractor, 1959. It has a name plate
on it that say's Country Squire Tractor. Mfg. by Country Squire Tractor
Company, Muskego Ws. Model #6238. I found out from Brigg's & Stratton that it
has a 9hp cast iron eng. on it by the #'s on it, Model #23AFB, Type
#703615, Ser.#627142. Other than this I have not been able to find out
anything more about it or anyone else who has one. Thanks For Any Help.

Answers:

The Country Squire was it's own company. Later in the late 50's early 60's, Economy bought them out. I have lit. of the Country Squire Tractor Company. If you have questions please email me at hiramms@aol.com, or call 1-802-456-8146.
Thanks,
Monty Shatney

The Country Squire was made by Economy. Later, it was even offered as part
of the Economy line of tractor. I think it was placed between the Jim Dandy
and the Power King models. They are VERY similar to the Power King tractor.
Good luck.
